THE MEDS CYCLING PROJECT

A man whose aged mother passed away leaving hundreds of medications on his hands conceived of a program where unused meds could be disposed of safely. And Hermelink Design conceived of this striking symbol that turns the old "recycling" arrows into something new.

HOUSEWERKS CONSTRUCTION

A veteran Denver, CO, contractor reinvented his business to reflect the economic times of 2008/2009. Instead of building new homes, he creates add-ons and upgrades to existing homes, cleverly shown here by the blue lines that make a capital H out of a small h. (website under construction)

GUIDED CARE

When people join together it's easier to lift another up. This is what the people at Guided Care do – come to the aid of the elderly by involving family and caregivers in a positive way. This logo symbolizes one being helped by many.

MILK SPECIALTIES

This Minnesota business creates, markets and exports specialty proteins designed to optimize health and nutrition. Their work covers sports nutrition, weight loss products, animal health and products made specifically for the Asian market, where there is great demand for dairy proteins and carbohydrates.

FOTORIO

Early on in the digital photography industry, an entrepreneur developed a printing system that could convert a digital photo to a work of art on canvas. He insisted that people know how to pronounce the company name, so Hermelink added an accent that smacks of the touch of a brush.

GUIDED CARE II

Another aspect of people helping people, this logo was just too cool not to include. The Hermelink way is to offer a number of options, then help the client decide which single brand image best expresses their message.

CRASHGARD

The symbolism here appeals to the young, active Xtreme sports market with its funky helmet-like design and feeling of determination and speed.

JARVIE COMMONWEAL SERVICE

This presbyterian-based organization gives grants to those helping older people "to live, not merely exist." This 70-year-old company came to Hermelink Design for a face lift. The flame symbol is not only used in the Presbyterian logo, but also the first letter in the Hebrew name, Jaweh. Hermelink also designed the website.

THE BRAND PRACTICE

Ian Miller's world famous approach to defining a brand is embodied in this eye-catcher. Is it a bouncing ball or a hovering sphere? It is what you perceive, only that...and all of that. The color scheme is that of both Australia, where Miller was born, and the US, where he now resides.

HANSON REALTY

Personalizing one initial can be a powerful logotype. This independent realtor wanted to convey a personal tough, so we created a home with a welcoming open door and warm light in the window out of his initial.

RES PUBLICA GROUP

A powerful Chicago-based public affairs firm, Res Publica's image needs to convey the broad scope of their coverage and the fact that their approach and results were above the rest. Company name and trademark both by Hermelink.
